In the heart of historic Downtown Oroville, Judge Gray’s home, The Carleton (est. 1875), offers four suites (each with private bathroom and shower), kitchen, dining room, parlor, and office.
This historic home was built in 1875 by Butte County Superior Court Judge, John Carleton Gray. Just recently restored, this large home with four suites offers a grand and comfortable stay with antique furnishings and décor reminiscent of the original home. (Please note, there is no TV, but there is very strong WIFI.)
A five minute walk gets you downtown to enjoy a wine bar, restaurants, coffee shops and unique retail. OR walk two blocks to the Feather River and enjoy the amazing waterfront known for fishing, disc golf, summer concerts and picnics.
