The Carleton at Judge Gray's Home

In the heart of his­toric Down­town Oroville, Judge Gray’s home, The Car­leton (est. 1875), offers four suites (each with pri­vate bath­room and show­er), kitchen, din­ing room, par­lor, and office.

This his­toric home was built in 1875 by Butte Coun­ty Supe­ri­or Court Judge, John Car­leton Gray. Just recent­ly restored, this large home with four suites offers a grand and com­fort­able stay with antique fur­nish­ings and décor rem­i­nis­cent of the orig­i­nal home. (Please note, there is no TV, but there is very strong WIFI.)

A five minute walk gets you down­town to enjoy a wine bar, restau­rants, cof­fee shops and unique retail. OR walk two blocks to the Feath­er Riv­er and enjoy the amaz­ing water­front known for fish­ing, disc golf, sum­mer con­certs and picnics.
