The C.F. Lott Home is a Victorian-style revival style structure build during the Gold Rush. It is available to rent for weddings and receptions up to one year prior to the event.
Outside weddings at the gazebo have a capacity only restrained by the space, while indoor weddings in the Coach Room are limited to 50 people.
Alcohol is permitted with proper permitting. The site has a full kitchen available.
