Grana

Grana is a mod­ern Ital­ian restau­rant with farm-fresh dish­es, char­cu­terie, and wood-fired piz­zas, plus beer and wine and a beau­ti­ful patio din­ing area.

The con­nec­tion between farmer and plate is a strong force at Grana in Chico. Own­er and chef Jeff King can be found search­ing out the best ingre­di­ents at the Down­town Chico farm­ers’ mar­ket each Sat­ur­day, or con­nect­ing with local farms to ensure the high­est qual­i­ty pro­duce, meat and grains go into each dish.

Grana’s mod­ern, indus­tri­al inte­ri­or is built around a tra­di­tion­al Neapoli­tan Ital­ian piz­za oven, which is used to fire mouth-water­ing piz­za as well as a vari­ety of oth­er ingredients.
