Pub­lic Cours­es in Chico and Oroville

You don’t need a pri­vate mem­ber­ship to enjoy some of the best greens in the North State. Butte Coun­ty offers sev­er­al high-qual­i­ty pub­lic play opportunities:

  • Bid­well Park Golf Course (Chico): Locat­ed with­in the sprawl­ing beau­ty of Upper Bid­well Park, this course offers a ​“wild” golf expe­ri­ence. Expect to share the tree-lined fair­ways with local wildlife like deer, geese, and wild turkeys.
